Fifty apple varieties in all different shapes and colours - put biodiversity on display.
Visitors are invited to choose an apple and eat it - but leave the apple core and sign next to it on a stamp that says: Eaten By.
The collector and the artist sign by contract that the apple cores with their seeds will become a seed bank - and that if apples grow from these seeds, they will be named after their eaters.
